This #ALPHAclient received a green design that is two-tiered: the first is an energy-efficient, functionally zoned layout, anchoring their repetitive activities on the cardinal orientations. The second is material specifications that are true to construction, stripped off cosmetics and future maintenance.
ATRIUM
Neither in nor out, but transitioning to both. This building's first area is an arrival atrium. It is both open and roofed, depending on the weather's mood. Visitors can sit, stand, or walk. Instead of looking down on their phones, they are invited by the design to look around at the plants, or look up to the sky.
CAFETERIA
Designed with openness and flexibility in mind, the cafeteria is more than just a place to dine. It's a vibrant hub where innovative design meets functional space, encouraging collaboration and fostering a sense of community just like how this #ALPHAclient envisioned it to be. With ample natural light, thoughtfully arranged seating, and contemporary aesthetics, this is where creativity and conversation come together seamlessly✨
