Architect Ving finished BS Architecture from the country’s premiere state university, University of the Philippines, Diliman, in 2003. She completed her apprenticeship under one of the greatest Leandro Locsin prodigies, Ar. Luis Nicanor V. Aguirre IV. After earning her Professional License in 2004, she practiced in Quezon City where she worked in various capacities, among them in Arkinetika Design Studio, now Arkinetika, Inc., where she is one of the incorporators. She moved back to her hometown in 2010, believing that the emerging built environment there should be directed by excellent architectural services as well. Her early works quickly made her a sought-after design professional in Bulacan, prompting her to establish ALLPHA Architects in 2013. Since then, she and her team have been known for their intelligence, integrity and impeccable work ethics. Architect Ving is also a respected officer of the United Architects of the Philippines, a well-loved university instructor and frequently booked motivational speaker. Her personality tests come out as “ENFJ - The Protagonist,” consistent with her integrous character, loving leadership, positive influence, and genuine service. 

Architect Casper earned his degree from one of the top Architecture schools in the country, the University of Sto. Tomas, in 2002. He passed the Architecture Licensure Exam in 2004 and later worked as the Project Manager for several high-end residences in Manila, Quezon City, Makati, and Parañaque, mainly catering to Filipino-Chinese clienteles. He has also extensively worked in several high-profile projects in Singapore, most notable of which is the world-renowned Gardens by the Bay (Bay South). After seven (7) years of having worked overseas, and gaining valuable experience and construction work fluency, he decided to come back to the Philippines and share it to the local community. He was acquainted with Architect Ving in 2017, who recruited him to lift ALLPHA to the next level: the Design-Build practice. He took over as new Principal Architect and reorganized the company as ALPHA Architects in 2018 and has led the team to bigger projects since. He is also a professional teacher and was a part-time instructor at the Bulacan State University College of Architecture and Fine Arts. He is currently the Chapter President of United Architects of the Philippines - Barasoain. He is an “INTJ - The Architect,” accurately capturing his mental acuity and strategic optimism.
